Due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the outbreak of Covid-19 and the repercussions on the postal services worldwide, we are asking customer's to be extra patient and understanding in relation to their orders. Unfortunately, we are looking at increased postal times worldwide.
Our distributor Unearthed has ensured us all records are still being sent out and customers will be notified once the order is dispatched.
However, we are looking at a maximum 4-5 week wait time for places in Europe, and up to 8 weeks for places overseas e.g. Canada, US, Auz & New Zealand. This is not to say your items won't turn up before then, but we will not be able to provide a replacement within the highlighted wait times.
Unearthed do not provide tracking, but feel free to get in touch if you'd like a proof of postage receipt for your order.
